Mr. Merwan Dubash is the founder and managing partner of Duflex1. He started manufacturing wires and cables at a very young age. With enthusiasm and zeal, he initially started his manufacturing unit in a small space in Mumbai. His hard work, steadfastness and industrious nature have led him to be a renowned businessman in this industry. Mr. Merwan’s dedicated, tireless and honest nature has taken the company to new heights.
Mr. Fareez Dubash on the other hand has a new age vision and a prospicience to expand the company by implementing new techniques and modern ways. He aims to escalate the company and reach new heights. With a technical background, Mr. Fareez is upgrading the company and is using modern ways to develop new products. By implementing the latest norms in quality control and implementation of new age standard testing, He has upgraded the standard quality of their products and has also registered the company under ISO 9001- 2015 with the help of his efficient team and is soon to get an ISI mark for the company, opening more doors of opportunity.
